Client Requirement

Today, where people are busy bustling their work, sparing time for car wash activity is quite hard. Forecasting car-care growth potential, it is inevitable to bring a solution to the most common yet challenging car wash problem. Our client from the USA approached Hyperlink Infosystem to develop an iOS platform interface that connects online customers to offline services. The client's main aim is to launch a car wash app that brings car detailing service to customer's doorstep in just a few simple clicks. This solution is specially addressed to the one that has good bucks but insufficient time. The application is developed for the USA time zone and is designed for USA inhabitants.

Challenges

Custom Package

During Package selection, the process was simple – Select the package and pay accordingly. But, when a customer selects supplementary service to be included in the package like waxing, air freshening, and much more, then it wasn't easy to maintain the actual UI of the app. The inclusion of supplementary services in the selected package changes the overall package price, making it challenging to manage the application interface. Our developers worked this scenario with a table view solution that handles such complex UI most efficiently.

Language Localization

Language support is one of the most critical aspects of an application to outreach the majority user-base. During the app launch, the language was the major obstacle in the way. To maintain app standards among the different provinces, the entire application was localized by our developers from English to French that creates ease for people residing in various parts of the world to use the app.

Dynamic Service Timezone Manage

Finding a technician was one of the major issues as you can avail of services based on their availability. To avoid this situation, our backend development team dynamically managed service time zone that allows you to book car wash services based on the service provider availability. This will make the process streamlined for both customers and service providers.

Zip Code Based Service Availability

The WashSquad app is defined for specific parts of the USA. So, it wasn't easy to find out the services' availability in correspondence to the address mentioned. Our development team defined a feature that automatically fetches the zip code based on the address entered to solve it. With the zip code, you can know the service's availability in a specific area or part.
